  • Join us for our 87th annual Highlandlake Reunion and Community Gathering on June 8, 2008.

Meet and Greet is at 11 a.m. Potluck at noon, and at 1:00 p.m. sharp, a very special program, "The Seamy Side of Early Denver City," will be presented.

"Denver, in the early days, was a wild gold mining town, inhabited by prospectors, gamblers, saloon keepers, and other unsavory characters. Come and hear Jack Stone give a 19th century gambler's view of early Denver history." Admission is free. Please bring your own table service and a dish to serve 8.

  • Exciting Announcement! We are joining many other family friendly groups online at Bigtent.com. Our webpage will stay here, so no worries. However, once we complete the set up process. . . More

  • On March 19, 2008, Mark French of the Berthoud Historical Society donated two stereographic cards printed around 1900 showing photos of the Highlandlake Church and two boys standing on the shore of the lake. The photo of the boys was previously an unknown and the church photo, which shows the second way the church was painted, is one I have been looking for for almost 15 years! Thank you Mark for your generous donation to our original photo collection!
